Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in China, Singapore and the US. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually between 2-7 business days. If you have not been sent a tracking number, please contact us sourpuffshop@outlook.com with your order number.

Q. I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?
We ship from our specialist warehouses so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us with your name and order number
