Order was extremely late and didn't arrive at my location

I ordered a pair of cow patterned boots and waited quite a bit for them - about three months if I'm not mistaken. I felt incredibly excited at first and thought maybe it's a matter of a busy warehouse - so I emailed sour puff, at least once, to inquire about the order - no answer.
Some months later I receive a message that the shoes are on the way, and I thought, "ok, well, I could do with that". However, I couldn't find the package later, and usually we don't get stolen packages (this would be the first one).
Don't order the cow patterned boots, I guess?
